What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and guide Agile Release Train (ART) teams and stakeholders on SAFe and employer processes
- Identify process challenges and propose improvements to the Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness and support logistics for PI events
- Assist in tracking the execution of Program Objectives, features, and capabilities
- Manage risks and dependencies, escalating impediments as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, or equivalent
- Two years of experience in software development or IT operations
- One year of experience in a Scrum Master or project management role
- One year of experience with the Agile Scrum framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build successful teams in a time-critical environment
- Familiarity with Agile project management/software development methodologies
- Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating training for large groups
- Ability to adapt quickly in rapidly changing situations
