What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on banking products
- Educate customers on digital channel solutions and self-service applications
- Document calls and service inquiries in bank systems and applications
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate sales team members
- Escalate customer matters to next-level management or operational areas as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office and other business applications

- Understanding of banking or financial products and services
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
