What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in overseeing the merchant acquiring line of business, including credit, risk, compliance, and QA
- Conduct due diligence activities such as evaluating and investigating merchant transactions and websites
- Maintain case management trackers for underwriting and risk management
- Provide backup support to the underwriting and risk management team as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal partners and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, underwriting, business risk analysis, acquiring merchant services, lending, or banking
- Knowledge of card brand rules and regulations
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- Experience in critical thinking situations related to monitoring credit or processing risk for acquiring merchants and ISOs
