      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities and provide support
      - Assist in leading in-service activities related to products within key customer accounts
      - Install equipment and perform necessary tests and collaborations with customers
      - Drive product expansion within the assigned territory and coordinate with internal stakeholders
      - Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization of products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of sales experience, or
      - Associate’s degree with 2 years of sales experience, or
      - Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships in a sales context

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of previous field sales experience in medical devices, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales
      - Knowledge of sales techniques gained through education or on-the-job learning
      - Understanding of vendor and distributor management within hospital supply chains
      - Demonstrable success in previous sales roles with a high level of performance
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
