      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent and promote Baxter's Surgical Portfolio to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
      - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities
      - Independently formulate and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue
      - Conduct extensive prospecting and lead generation, assisting with product demonstrations as needed
      - Record and manage customer interactions and activities using Salesforce.com to ensure accurate and current information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in inside or field sales in the healthcare or similar industry
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Knowledge of clinical workflows and hospital environments is a plus
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical device sales experience strongly preferred
      - Flexible and able to work autonomously while collaborating with team members
      - Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time within the assigned territory
