      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Understanding and promoting the Surgical Portfolio in an assigned geography
      - Engaging with customers to meet their clinical and economic needs
      - Implementing selling strategies for products directly to customers
      - Assisting with product demonstrations and sales calls quotas
      - Ensuring clinical adoption across the product portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years' experience or 4+ years related experience
      - Minimum 2 years' experience in inside or field sales role in healthcare or similar industry
      - Knowledge of clinical workflow/clinical language, hospital environment
      - Computer literate with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
      - Excellent formal presentation and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical device experience strongly preferred
      - Salesforce knowledge is a plus
      - Flexible, autonomous, and collaborative team player
      - Willingness to travel at least 50-75%
      - Ability to work in an assigned geographic territory
