      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prioritize and cultivate a positive user support experience
      - Manage sales support queues by triaging cases, answering questions, and resolving incidents
      - Maintain Account, Territory, etc. assignments in Salesforce
      - Conduct regular license audits for sales tools
      - Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity and execute data migration projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
      - 1-2 years of experience as Salesforce administrator
      - Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
      - Experience working with global teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and other connected apps
      - Understanding of Agile-based development practices
      - Experience with deployment strategies/processes
      - Familiarity with Process Automation and Data Model creation
      - Ability to work in iterative projects
