What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, fields, objects, and dashboards
- Complete user stories assigned by the Product Engineering team
- Conduct research on new features and industry trends to recommend system enhancements
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and maintain Salesforce documentation
- Participate in scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and 1+ years of experience required
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Interest in Agile and DevOps processes
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Trailhead Ranger certification or higher
