What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Show Leadership to provide regular updates on project development
- Support the Show Team in delivering assigned aspects of the Show Art and Technical elements
- Manage multiple outside vendors and coordinate with internal production departments
- Develop detailed schedules for assigned Show elements and manage critical path issues
- Oversee the budget for the assigned Show scope throughout the project life cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience or a degree in a related field
- Experience with design, fabrication, on-site installation, and programming projects
- Previous experience in Show Management, Project Management, or Coordinator role
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Airtable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships between stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Theatre, Fine Arts, or equivalent field experience
- Previous fabrication experience with various materials and processes
- Familiarity with creating and managing project budgets effectively
- Ability to present information confidently and guide meetings in diverse settings
- Creative thinking combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
