      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work full-time (typically 40 hours per week) with a gradually increasing caseload as clinical skills develop
      - Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via the employer’s online therapy platform
      - Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients between video-based sessions to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
      - Engage in weekly didactics designed to prepare for a career as a Clinical Social Worker
      - Attend weekly clinical supervision sessions (individual, triadic, group)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Full-time resident of the United States
      - Master’s degree or on-track to complete a Master’s degree by June 2026 from an accredited CSWE Social Work program
      - Registered in California as an Associate Social Worker (ASW) or eligible to apply for ASW status in California
      - Must reside in California by the beginning of the program in September 2026 and throughout the fellowship
      - Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT)
