What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead initial solution design discovery sessions and overall strategy for implementation projects
- Design, document, and communicate architecture and solutions to clients and team members
- Provide guidance on solution design, configuration, and best practices to implementation teams
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations to maintain design and configuration best practices
- Assist account management with expanded sales engagements and produce solution blueprints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of previous technical experience in a technical delivery role
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, and SQL preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Insurance Policy Administration or Billing experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SaaS solutions in risk management or insurance technology
- Proven track record in mentoring and training less experienced colleagues
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its service review processes
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solution design and configuration
