  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, build, and maintain internal tools and automation scripts using Python
  - Build and monitor data pipelines (ETL) to ensure accurate data flow between systems
  - Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation
  - Serve as a technical escalation point for data anomalies and system bugs
  - Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to align tools with business requirements
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
  - 1–2 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Junior Data & Tools Engineer, Data Analyst, Support Engineer, or Junior Developer)
  - Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and data analysis
  - Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, or API interaction
  - Familiarity with ETL concepts; exposure to orchestration tools like Airflow is a significant plus
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Portfolio or GitHub examples of personal projects are highly valued
  - Knowledge of web frameworks such as Django or Flask is a strong plus
  - Familiarity with legacy tools like Retool is helpful for understanding previous builds
  - Experience with JIRA and agile workflows
  - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "detective" mindset
