What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with STAR Consultant to identify target accounts and optimize time management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Attend surgical cases and provide guidance on the proper use of tissue products
- Assist in achieving annual sales goals and inventory management
- Communicate essential information from surgical cases to the STAR Consultant

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales
- Proven track record in generating new sales and maintaining existing accounts
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and planning skills
- Must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle for extensive travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Residency within the geographic boundaries of New York or Northern New Jersey
- Experience in surgical procedures and operating room protocols
- Familiarity with vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccinations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel overnight and during evenings and weekends as needed
