      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely technical support to customers on employer products through both written and verbal communications
      - Collaborate with other members of Support to analyze and respond to customer inquiries
      - Record, track, and document customer requests, ensuring updates through to final resolution
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on at least one employer product and assist in training newer team members
      - Maintain knowledge base through the addition of new articles and editing existing ones

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related discipline
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
      - Demonstrated analytical skills and independent problem-solving ability
      - Ability to manage time effectively and collaborate as part of a team
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of group insurance administration, including health benefits or property & casualty/risk management industry
      - Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to work in an ever-changing environment
      - Desire to develop oneself and enhance business/technical skills
