      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for customer inquiries related to hemodialysis machines
      - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through documentation of all customer contacts
      - Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
      - Build strong working relationships with teams and customers through effective communication
      - Assist with various projects and participate in cross-divisional team meetings as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable or equivalent experience
      - 2 - 4 years of experience as a Technician or in a related field
      - Demonstrated experience in customer service, call center, or clinical environment
      - Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with dialysis equipment preferred
      - Strong logical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving
      - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
