Job Description
- Req#: 33240
- To handle recruitment using various channels digital / conventional ways and internal & external sources like Linkedin, Naukri, internal references, IJPs, consultants, campus hiring, market mapping for the competition for critical positions.
- To source and screen the candidates and build a pipeline for all the open vacancies.
- Scheduling the interviews with global and local hiring managers and Sr. HRBP.
- To create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports and dashboards.
- Engage new recruitment partners or third party vendors. Manage their Service agreements and payment cycle.
- Supporting the Sr. HRBP in end to end HR operations for the site including onboarding, offboarding, HR processes etc.
- Planning and proposing various employee engagement and training activities including but not limited to celebrations, Coffee & learn Sessions, day-outs, annual events etc.
- Supporting the Sr. HRBP with various HR operations on successfactors. For eg: recruitment etc.
- Handling agreements and invoices of HR service providers.
- Conducting self HR audits for data accuracy in the HR systems and submitting reports to Sr. HRBP on monthly basis.
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
- Min. 3 years Core recruitment experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Employment Law or Organizational Development (required)
- MBA HR (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (English)
