      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Listen to callers' concerns, take ownership of requests, and manage expectations for timely resolution
      - Walk callers through troubleshooting steps via phone/email to resolve issues
      - Document information through a client ticket management application while complying with HIPAA and other regulations
      - Manage group as a team mentor for troubleshooting inquiries
      - Handle customer complaints and provide elevated technical support expertise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED
      - 5+ years of customer service experience
      - 3+ years of experience managing and resolving complex technical incidents and escalations
      - 1+ years of experience working in an inbound call center environment
      - 1+ years of experience with software troubleshooting and IT security policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
      - CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
      - ITIL Foundation Certification
      - Experience working with cloud platforms and high-level troubleshooting
      - Previous experience in technical support or specialized support roles
