What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions while providing production support
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, product, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Monitor production schedules and provide regular progress updates to leadership
- Document technical processes and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical problem-solving and team/project collaboration
- Basic understanding of computer science concepts, operating systems, and development languages/scripting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience
- Basic analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of Biomedical Engineering experience or three years of clinical IT support experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in designing and supporting large-scale technical solutions
- Passion for user experience and improving usability
