      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      - Minimum 2+ years of experience in analytics, product management, or similar technology roles within large healthcare organizations
      - Demonstrated background in data, analytics, or related fields
      - Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and prioritization
      - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in product development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
      - Ability to write clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories
      - Background in evaluating workflows and conducting user research
      - Experience creating wireframes independently or with designers
      - Knowledge of alternative payment models related to primary care
