      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to online merchants via live chat, email, and occasional phone calls
      - Clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
      - Identify patterns in issues, recommend improvements, and escalate bugs to engineering
      - Contribute to documentation and best practices for support processes
      - Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS company or similar
      - Proficiency with ticketing technology platforms (e.g., HelpScout, Zendesk preferred)
      - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
      - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - Ability to work flexible shifts and a proactive approach to identifying trends
