      What We Are Seeking

      As a Technical Writer you'll be part of an amazing engineering team. You should be an excellent writer and speaker (in Spanish and English), with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easy-to-read, easy-to- follow and customer-focused.

      You are challenged to be creative, think big and be passionate about learning, to educate our customers. You will be dedicated to building documentation focused on helping users on how they can use it

      Key Tasks & Accountabilities

      • Scope, prioritize, investigate, and produce high-quality documentation articles for our User Guides

      • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

      • Test new product features and provide feedback for all products

      • Regularly host enabling sessions with cross-company partners about new features and enhancements .

        Job Requirements

      • Advanced English proficiency : B2, C1 is a must

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

      • Formal education as an Engineering Professional

      • At least one year of experience working in corporate environments.

      • Knowledge in Web design: JavaScript, HTML, CSS

      • Enjoy writing about technology

      Desirable:

      • At least 1 year of experience.

      • Experience or understanding in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python

      • Experience in documenting and maintaining the product’s user guides

      • Experience in BPM, process automation

      • Working knowledge on GIT

      • AI knowledge
