      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell the employer's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets
      - Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including interventionalists and key opinion leaders
      - Provide clinical and technical support during cases and educate clinicians about patient treatment options
      - Execute the company's sales/marketing strategy and manage the sales process for the territory
      - Maintain accurate records and manage inventory systems as per company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - OR Bachelor's Degree
      - Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to lift 50 lbs (product bags) and travel approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of medical device sales experience
      - Clinical experience in the interventional suite and/or hospital environment
      - Experience selling high physician preference medical devices, particularly in the endovascular and/or neurovascular space
      - Proven track record of results in medical sales and training
      - Experience using Salesforce (CRM systems) for business planning and forecasting
