      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of underwriting and operations applications
      - Collaborate with underwriters and brokers/agents to clarify application details
      - Analyze financial statements, property valuations, and loss histories to assess risk exposure
      - Prepare and maintain underwriting files, ensuring all documents are properly filed
      - Monitor Wrap Up enrollment requests and manage processing within a 48-hour SLA

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Underwriting or Operations
      - Experience with Large Deductible and SIR policies, and Wrap Up programs
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Advanced knowledge of coverage and forms, and workflow systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Progress towards a professional designation such as Associate in Underwriting (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
