  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate the strategy, logistics, and execution of campus and university recruitment efforts
  - Develop innovative methods to attract diverse candidates and enhance competitive advantage
  - Manage events at assigned universities to ensure timeliness and consistency
  - Build relationships with University Leaders and Professors to gain insights and enhance campus presence
  - Monitor and control budgets related to recruitment events
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  - 3 to 5 years of campus recruiting experience preferred
  - Strong relationship-building skills
  - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  - Willingness to travel up to 40%
