Job Description

- Lead two Learning & Development teams located in four locations
- Use your Learning & Development expertise to design/curate, implement and evaluate our learning and development programs, including D&I training classes
- Create and facilitate train-the-trainer programs, tools and templates to develop the team
- Develop strategic roadmaps and ensure project plans are accomplished
- Evaluate the impact of current offerings effectively to revise or create new learning resources
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships. This includes vetting vendors, managing the relationships, and troubleshooting
- Stay current in your field to act as our firm’s expert in state-of-the-art learning & development practices
10+ years in the Learning & Development field, with at least 5 years’ leadership experience, including leading leaders
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree and training certifications preferred
Effectively train others on learning and development practices, such as intake meetings, needs analyses, learning objectives, instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation and evaluation
Understand training evaluation, how to measure success correctly and how to use those insights to inform program improvements
Understanding of differentiated learning strategies based on job levels
Experience developing a variety of learning programs, including D&I and executive level
Experience with vendor selection and relationship management
Can communicate effectively with executive audiences
Have LMS experience; Cornerstone preferred

You will create strategic roadmaps for our learning programs, develop the team, manage the budget and handle vendor relationships. As an expert in Learning & Development, you will report directly to the GVP of Organizational Effectiveness.
