What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of comprehensive IT operations transformation initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT operations team responsible for 24/7 monitoring and incident management
- Serve as the central command for major incident coordination, ensuring rapid and effective response
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to improve service delivery
- Establish and optimize key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational resilience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, with 10 years preferred
- At least 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in IT operations transformation and modern methodologies
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT operations, with a focus on large-scale organizations
- Proven experience in a multi-vendor managed service provider (MSP) model
- ITIL certification is highly desirable
- Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and cloud technologies (GCP, Azure)
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
