      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the development and execution of promotional activities to enhance brand engagement
      - Research, develop, and execute marketing and promotion plans for assigned sports
      - Ensure the best customer experience during gamedays and events
      - Collaborate with various departments to execute marketing initiatives
      - Coordinate and manage special events and presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Desire to work in sports marketing and a passion for sports business
      - Creative skills and ability to work as part of a team
      - Strong customer relations skills
      - Hardworking, reliable, outgoing, and able to interact well with people of all ages
      - Ability to work football gamedays and carry up to 20lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sports marketing or event management
      - Knowledge of ticket office operations and event/facilities management
      - Experience working with registered student organizations on campus
      - Familiarity with gameday promotions and event execution
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
