      Job Description

      The Kelly Clarkson Show is seeking a second Audience Coordinator to help with day-to-day operations as outlined below. This is a PEP Regular position that will support the Production with a variety of administrative responsibilities not limited to the following:

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate all The Kelly Clarkson Show VIP/client ticket confirmations
      • Assist NBCUniversal Marketing and Sales, Talent Relations, Government Relations, and Affiliate Relations and other internal departments with show ticketing requests
      • Own the charity ticket request process including responding to requests, coordinating with the voucher recipients, and confirming all charity VIP tickets
      • Own The Kelly Clarkson Show giveaway experience including but not limited to; working with the Brand Partnership team to ensure all necessary audience information is collected, coordinate the distribution of each giveaway, and manage the show’s giveaway inbox ensuring timely communication with all giveaway recipients
      • Manage customer relations by monitoring the show’s information inbox, answering questions regarding the audience experience, and helping with 1iota reservation adjustments
      • Train The Kelly Clarkson Show’s Key Pages on 1iota bookings, and be the Keys point of contact for all 1iota questions to ensure a fully booked audience
      • Keep the 1iota ticketing platform up to date, making sure shows dates are posted on time and all e-ticket information is correct
      • Respond to and resolve any The Kelly Clarkson Show visitor complaints
      • Work closely with the audience coordination team on tape days by helping seat the audience in studio, monitor audience members and Pages in studio during tapings, and be available to help with the audience experience on the mezzanine
      • Gain an understanding of the show’s audience coordination process and daily responsibilities
      • Monitor all physical studio audience facilities regarding any present hazards that could result in the risk of injury to audience members
      • Work closely alongside the entire Audience Services team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and pleasant process for all audience guests seeing a live show taping at 30 Rock

      Qualifications

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 1+years of television production experience
      • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite

      Additional Requirements:

      • Must be willing to work in New York, NY
      • Must have work authorization to work in the United States
      • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

      Additional Information:

      • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
      • Salary Range: $22 - $30 per hour
