      You Are:

      The Audience Insights Lead will be responsible for supporting the strategic processes across Song Communications with data-led insights – applying audience insights in end-to-end delivery from creative ideation, through to media planning and content production. They will establish the baseline tool set and enable multi-functional teams to utilize these tools through their strategic process to create best in class work. This will require the establishment of the right strategic processes across teams as well as support structures/teams. As a leader of the world’s largest tech powered creative group, they will be a core thought leader in shaping the future Song product to clients, defining not just the Communications strategic product, but also the wider service offering of Accenture Song.

      The Work:

      • Defining the best in class toolset and process to support Song Communications function (Spanning Creative, Media and Content)

      • Build/lead a next generation function that infuses creative, content and media with breakthrough brand, media, and customer driven insights

      • Work intimately with cross-disciplinary leadership team on brand, overall marketing strategy, and campaign execution

      • Partner with clients to develop audience growth strategies that can be applied to creative execution as well as to inform media strategy and planning including budget sizing and forecasting.

      • Oversee the developmental measurement frameworks with KPIs and diagnostic metrics for effective monitoring of client marketing initiatives

      • Oversee new business, team allocation and tool management uses

      • Evolve data innovation and maintain innovation pipeline

      • Serve as key strategy leader for new business development and the scaling/servicing of additional agency clients

      • Increase profitability and growth through efficiency in knowledge sharing and innovation

      • Remain current with the latest strategic, marketing trends and analytics tools

      • Direct Song Communications strategic operational processes and oversee special projects as needed

      Here’s what you’ll need:

      • Minimum of 15 years’ work experience in direct/digital agencies, media agency, digital strategic consulting or marketing, communications or brand strategy

      • Minimum of 7 year’s supervisory and management experience required

      Bonus points if:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

      • Demonstrated success in building/leading a scaled data strategy and research capability in an agency environment with evidence of breakthrough innovation across these disciplines

      • Deep understanding demonstrated experience of digital strategy and digital transformation

      • Deep understanding of media strategy and planning, including working knowledge of MMM, MTA and the application of these into media and campaign activation

      • Strategic and holistic view of how diverse insights (brand, media, consumer) drive brand platforms and associated downstream, cross-channel campaign executions—especially in the current context of media fragmentation, technology proliferation, consumer empowerment and globalization

      • Deep understanding of the research methodologies that underpin these insights

      • Ability to cultivate a deep, proactive understanding of the market and the company’s constituencies and leverages that to identify new business opportunities

      • Experience with customer experience strategy, customer journey mapping and segmentation

      • Solid grounding in research and behavioral analysis including both primary/secondary and qualitative/quantitative research methodologies

      • Must be a polished, persuasive, and strategic communicator – both written and verbal/presentation

      Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

      Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered here.

      Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

      Albany County, NY: $121,400 to $241,900

      California: $131,100 to $302,400

      Colorado: $131,100 to $261,300

      New York City: $151,800 to $302,400

      Washington: $139,600 to $278,200
