      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide onsite assistance and maintenance for audio and visual systems in courtrooms and conference rooms
      - Respond to service desk tickets related to audio/visual issues and conduct on-site repairs and adjustments
      - Manage digital recording systems and assist with courtroom technology training for staff
      - Prepare written operating procedures and documentation in consultation with the Training and Outreach team
      - Serve as the first point of contact for resolving courtroom technology issues and liaising with technology vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Three years of relevant experience with Audio/Visual technology or Information Technology, or a Technical School certificate with two years of experience
      - Valid Driver's license
      - Understanding of signal processing and delivery methods for audio and video systems
      - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to end users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Experience in configuration and basic programming within Crestron, Shure, Extron, and Biamp environments
      - VoIP experience
      - Experience with Audio/Video technology within a courtroom environment
      - Integration and technology project management experience
