      In the role of Audio Visual Administrator Team Lead, we'll count on you to:
      • Work in coordination with our vendors, Corporate Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Support teams to manage and support all aspects of HDR's A/V environment
      • Assist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of A/V technology and maximize utilization of systems
      • Combine a A/V technical expertise with business requirements for excellent customer service
      • Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiatives
      • Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems
      • Provide advanced troubleshooting on complicated A/V issues
      • Provide support for display software applications
      • Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise systems
      • Request hardware and software through the requisition system as required in support of office technologies
      • Assist the IT Support team with the inventory management of all A/V related assets
      • Assist the IT Support team with software inventory where required
      • Provide coordination and communication of technical support topics/issues of interest to local support teams
      • Understand client business needs and effectively match client business needs to technology products for a recommended technology solution
      • Work with other IT teams in support A/V processes and setup.
      • Live event production and support
      • Supervise, lead, and mentor HDR Audio-Visual staff.
      • Perform other duties as needed

      Required Qualifications
      • Associate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area/Audio Visual or equivalent work experience
      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting A/V technology
      • Superior Working knowledge of A/V equipment and peripherals
      • Experience in systems operations and maintenance
      • Superior working knowledge of Audio-Visual managements systems (Poly, QSC, Samsung, Teams Admin Center, etc.)
      • CTS-D and CTS-I certification
      • Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
      • Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
      • Knowledge of the A&E industry
      • Proven record of leadership and mentorship of junior-level staff.
