Our audiology team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated audiologist to join us in providing comprehensive hearing healthcare to patients of all ages.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced audiologist to work closely with our ENT specialists and healthcare team in both diagnostic and treatment settings. Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiologic testing for pediatric and adult patients
✔️ Diagnose and manage hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, and auditory processing issues
✔️ Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices
✔️ Educate patients and families on hearing health, prevention, and treatment options
✔️ Collaborate with ENT specialists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
✔️ Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies
✔️ Contribute to growth initiatives and process improvements within the audiology departmentWhat You Need
✅ Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) from an accredited program
✅ Active North Carolina audiology license (or eligibility to obtain)
✅ Expertise in hearing aid technology, diagnostics, and patient education
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
