What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in education and training programs for internal and external audiences
- Prepare and deliver training content on products, software, and audiology techniques
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops
- Create training materials including presentations and handouts
- Collaborate with various departments to develop training resources and disseminate product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral Degree in Audiology
- Hearing aid dispensing background
- Eligibility for State License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting professional presentations at meetings or conventions
- Familiarity with audiological testing equipment
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments
- Experience with creating educational materials for training purposes
