      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle program compliance, policy development, auditing, monitoring, and report development within Health Care Services teams
      - Assess program compliance and establish auditing and monitoring protocols
      - Manage projects, analyze data, and develop policies and procedures
      - Ensure adherence to managed care regulatory compliance for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
      - Write technical or operational policies and procedures related to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, policy, and operational aspects of managed care
      - Proven experience in assessing program compliance and establishing auditing protocols
      - At least 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and policy/procedure development
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical or operational policy and procedure writing related to regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CMS and State Medicaid regulations and programs as they relate to Medical Management
