What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
- Collaborate with agencies to establish audit requirements and develop project plans
- Identify and resolve risks and issues during the compliance process
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party auditors to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Lead and manage compliance assessments, including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
- IT or Security experience, such as development, QA, or system administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to travel 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
- Experience with criminal justice information systems and compliance procedures
