What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to document compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
- Develop project plans for audit and assessment requirements and ensure timely completion
- Identify risks and facilitate their resolution while tracking follow-up and remediation activities
- Liaise with internal teams and coordinate with third-party auditors for compliance documentation
- Represent CJIS requirements in product development and manage compliance assessments for various standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
- IT or Security experience (development, QA, system administration) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- US Citizenship required and ability to travel 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
- Experience in compliance assessments for PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
