What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
- Collaborate with agencies to develop project plans and track progress with minimal supervision
- Identify risks and facilitate their resolution during project meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and coordinate with third-party auditors for compliance documentation
- Lead and manage compliance assessments, including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
- IT or Security experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- US Citizenship required; ability to travel 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
- Experience in development, QA, or system administration
