What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop project plans and ensure audit requirements are met with minimal supervision.
- Identify risks and facilitate resolutions, providing updates during project meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party auditors to gather necessary documentation and prepare work papers.
- Lead and manage compliance assessments for various standards including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies.
- IT or Security experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification; U.S. Citizenship required.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in security compliance or audit processes.
- Familiarity with the FBI's CJIS Security Policy.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
