What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal and customer audit and security assessment requests to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
- Collaborate with agencies to determine audit requirements and develop project plans
- Identify risks and facilitate their resolution while tracking audit follow-up activities
- Liaise with internal teams and coordinate with third-party auditors for compliance documentation
- Recommend process improvements and represent CJIS requirements in product development initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
- IT or Security experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
- Experience in conducting security compliance assessments
