What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal and customer audit and security assessment requests to document compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
- Work with agencies to develop project plans with milestones and ensure completion with minimal supervision
- Identify risks and issues, facilitating their resolution
- Liaise with internal teams to enhance understanding of the FBI's CJIS Security Policy
- Lead and coordinate all compliance assessments, including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
- IT or Security experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- US Citizenship required; ability to travel 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
- Experience with security compliance and audits in a governmental context
