  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide administrative support to the Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Data Mining (DM) departments
  - Collaborate with the COB & DM auditing team to achieve business objectives
  - Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, and providers to gather member eligibility details
  - Enter accurate member and claim information into various systems
  - Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED is required
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  - Prior experience in an administrative support function is preferred
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - At least 1 year of experience with the employer is recommended for internal candidates
  - Experience in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
  - Strong emotional intelligence to handle customer needs effectively
  - Ability to adapt to changes in workflows and priorities
