What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform audit procedures to identify and define issues, developing criteria, and analyzing evidence for medium-complex reports
- Validate over and under-payments of claims, ensuring accuracy in claims entry
- Conduct quality assurance and auditing of paid transactions, identifying incorrect deductions and data mining
- Review audit findings and document exceptions, sharing knowledge with the audit team
- Collaborate with IT to enhance tools and reporting efficiency while maintaining production goals and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on auditing experience
- Experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable, or a retail environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access database query capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and articulate thoughts clearly
