  Als Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/*) für Folien (Grafik, Gebäude, Automotive) innerhalb der Commercial Brand & Transportation Division im Großraum Süd-Deutschland und West-Österreich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Implementierung einer Vertriebsstrategie zur Steigerung des Marktanteils.
  • Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen, mit besonderem Fokus auf die Erweiterung des Treueprogramms.
  • Repräsentation von 3M auf relevanten Messen oder Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um neue Projekte zu identifizieren, zu gewinnen und zu betreuen.
  • Austausch von Markttrends und Best Practices innerhalb der Organisation von 3M

  Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

  Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

  • Erfolgreich absolvierter Bachelorabschluss oder eine kaufmännische/technische Berufsausbildung
  • Professionelle Verrtriebserfahrung im technischen Produktbereich
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten in Süd-Deutschland und West-Österreich
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (C1-Niveau)

  Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen. (SAP und SalesForce wünschenswert)
  • Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Folien für verschiedene Märkte und/oder verwandte Produktlösungen sind von Vorteil
  • Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit, Ausdauer und ergebnisorientiert sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten
