      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and process formulary exception requests based on clinical criteria and guidelines
      - Maintain effective communication with facility teammates to resolve technical processing issues
      - Draft written responses and correspondence as needed for ongoing communication
      - Assist with special projects as assigned by Clinical Operations management
      - Ensure accurate and timely reviews of medication or product requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
      - Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Current Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred or experience as a Patient Care Technician in a Dialysis setting
      - Ability to travel 10% as needed

      - Previous experience working in prior authorization within healthcare settings
