      What you'll do:

      • Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines

      • Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.

      • Complete Total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.

      • Complete remote appraisal(s)

      • Be team player, and a thought leader in problem solving, leading the example, and ensure the end customer experience is a key objective.

      What you'll bring:

      • Auto Estimating experience (3-5 year minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset

      • Strong experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs, and prior estimating experience.

      • Familiar with industry standard Estimating System(s)

      • Good technical aptitude with databases/systems

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills

      • Excellent PC Skills

      • Genuine curiosity and inquisitive mindset constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues

      • Can work to and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values
