      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
      - Provide directions to part warehouse locations and locate parts in an online catalog
      - Place part orders and identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
      - Research and learn new auto parts to maintain knowledge of industry trends
      - Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication methods while maintaining a positive attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
      - Minimum of one year of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
      - Ability to work scheduled shifts during business hours from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central time
