What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer calls from dealerships and automotive manufacturer employees, providing parts information
- Assist with locating parts in an online catalog and placing part orders
- Identify and correct inaccuracies in auto parts catalogs
- Research and stay updated on new auto parts to enhance knowledge
- Provide timely solutions through various communication channels, including phone calls and emails
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
- Computer navigation skills and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Reliable availability to work during specified shifts, Monday to Friday
