      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer calls from dealerships and employees to assist with auto parts information
      - Provide directions to parts warehouse locations and locate parts in an online catalog
      - Place part orders and identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
      - Research and learn new auto parts to stay updated on industry developments
      - Offer accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
      - Computer navigation skills and ability to type at least 35 words per minute
      - Must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time
