What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Map workflows and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Manage the automation pipeline and track progress on projects
- Create client-facing analysis and visualizations to support decision-making
- Develop current and future state flows for process design documentation (PDD)
- Serve as a facilitator in daily stand-ups and report progress to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in workflow mapping and process automation
- Familiarity with bot performance metrics and monitoring
- Proficiency in Power BI, including building interactive dashboards and data models
- Solid analytical and data visualization skills with a focus on uncovering insights
- Ability to translate business processes into scalable automation solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with automation technologies and platforms, such as Automation Anywhere or Power Automate
- Industry experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments
- Background in engineering or technical disciplines with a focus on systems analysis
