  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Engage with customer leadership to define priorities and outcomes for consulting engagements
  - Develop strategies and design automation architectures tailored to client needs
  - Lead client automation projects with a focus on strategy, enablement, and execution
  - Mentor junior-level engineers and provide technical leadership during client engagements
  - Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the practice as a knowledge resource for automation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  - Extensive experience in developing and implementing IT automation within an organization
  - Proven track record of leading large and complex automation engagements
  - Familiarity with modern development tools and environments, such as Git, Docker, and Linux/Unix
  - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with data serialization formats such as YAML, JSON, XML, and CSV
  - Proficiency in Python or other programming languages; experience with Golang is a plus
  - Foundational knowledge of public and private cloud computing platforms
  - Working knowledge of automation and orchestration tools, including Ansible and Terraform
  - Ability to navigate complex environments and manage conflicting interests effectively
